The 100884033 Flange Adapter is used to convert a 3 3/8 inch CF ultrahigh vacuum (UHV) flange to a 1/4 inch Female VCR fitting. This Series 88 CF flange adapter has thru-holes for bolting to same size CF vacuum flanges and allows VCR-compatible vacuum components to be used in a CF flange UHV piping application.
