The 226B12TCDCDFB2A1 Baratron® differential capacitance manometer is ranged for 100 Torr, has 4 VCR-style female reference and measurement side fittings, 0.50% of Full Scale accuracy, ±15 VDC input, 0 - 10 VDC analog output with bidirectional calibration, a 9-pin D-subminiature (standard) electrical connector and a standard mounting bracket. It can be used in a wide variety of processing systems, including: air and gas flow measurements for filters and analytical systems, downstream pressure control in thin film processing systems, and automated leak testing systems.
