Overview
The AA02A.1TGAS48B000H00 Absolute Capacitance Manometer is heated to 45°C and features 0.1 Torr full scale pressure measurement through a size NW16 ISO-KF fitting. This analog manometer has a 0-10 VDC analog output that is linear with pressure through a 15-pin D-subminiature electrical connector with thread locks. This capacitance manometer was developed specifically for use in vacuum and pressure measurement applications where high accuracy and excellent repeatability are crucial to process success. It uses state-of-the-art digital architecture throughout to produce the highest possible long-term performance and reliability. This manometer operates on ±15 VDC input voltage.
