Overview
The E29H.1TBFL1B Baratron® Ethernet-Enabled, 100°C Heated Absolute Capacitance Manometer, with an Etch Sensor features 0.1 Torr full scale pressure measurement with 0.5% accuracy, vertical calibration, and a Swagelok® 8 female VCR® fitting. It has efficient temperature control electronics to provide superior long-term stability and repeatability. Based on the well-established Baratron capacitance manometer technology, the sensor’s wetted surfaces are Inconel® for corrosion resistance. The modern stainless steel enclosure provides a cleanroom compatible product. The E29H is fully compatible with earlier MKS 629 and E29 Baratron capacitance manometers, as well as many competitive products.
